怎麼運作
兩位 Co-President 各帶三個 team。
每個 team 有一位 Director 與一到兩位 Advisor，他們是對外與跨組的對接窗口。
所有人都是學生，多數是大學生，也有還在念高中的。

- Mentorship導生配對。
- Marketing對外的內容與視覺。
- CR校園關係。
每年換一批人
BT 的幹部每年換屆。這件事決定了我們怎麼做每一個工具：能簡單就簡單，讓下一個接手的人看得懂、改得動。
這個網站本身就是照這個原則做的。

下面是這一屆願意具名的幹部。沒有出現在這裡的人一樣在做事，只是選擇不公開，那完全沒有問題。

How it works
The two Co-Presidents lead three teams each.
Every team has a Director and one or two Advisors, who are the point of contact for anything crossing teams or going outside the organisation.
Everyone here is a student. Most are at university; some are still in high school.

A new group every year
Beyond Taiwan hands over to a new group of organisers each year. That single fact shapes how we build every tool: keep it simple enough that the next person can read it and change it.
This website is built on that principle.
